Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Admin to join our team As HR Admin, you will ensure seamless operations compliance with UAE labor laws and daily admintrative tasks and follow-ups. If you have a passion for HR and Admin with a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage employee data and records
- Coordinate recruitment processes
- Process visas, work permits, and other documentation
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll
- Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team & other departments.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in HR & Administration
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
