We are looking for a dynamic & well experienced **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - PM & FM in ABU DHABI - Competitive Salary plus Commission**

**Responsibilities**:

- The Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing Business opportunities Attracting new clients - property owners for PM & FM contracts
- Identifying new sales opportunities
- Building new and maintaining existing relationships with clients
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends
- Maintaining clients and property activities in the CRM
- Implementing a full cycle of a sale from prospecting to execution
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
- Execute Collaborations & International Tie-ups with real estate companies
- Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts
- Gather and analyze market and industry intelligence, metrics, and trends to determine customer needs
- Deliver business development related presentations, negotiate, and close business with nominated accounts, working in coordination with location business development resources
- Represent company at industry association meetings to promote company and services offered

**Requirements**:

- Post Graduates / Graduates
- Experience in Property Management, Facilities Management & Real Estate industry
- Driving License
- Bilingual - Arabic & English speakers additional Languages advantageous
- Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
