**Job Description: Business Development Executive**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Wordcraft. As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth by marketing our diverse range of services, including translation, attestation, company formation, and pro services, to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, field marketing and cold outreach.
- Promote Wordcraft's Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services to potential clients. Present our offerings in a compelling manner, highlighting our expertise, quality, and competitive advantages.
- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with our growth objectives. Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative approaches to expand our market presence.
- Sales and Negotiation: Handle the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets aligned with the company's objectives. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly, providing insights to improve results.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in the services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with the language services industry is a plus.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
