We are looking for bright, and energetic person to join our creative team, they will be handling ongoing client relations and promotion of some of our exclusive shows we offer.

Liaising with a large database and network of clients. Arranging communications and promotional materials, then meetings and building relationships.

Will also assist with and support the delivery and operations of events produced by the Events Team as a whole, ensuring all events run smoothly

This role may include early mornings and late nights, as well as weekend work if needed.

Responsible for: Marketing
- Building relationships and maintaining them.
- Send out Company Profile and proposals to potential clients.
- Build basic proposals on Powerpoint or similar software.
- Monitor promotional output of agency social media channels.

Responsible for: Events Operations
- Overseeing the on the day set up and break down of events as required by the Events Team
- Supporting or deputizing the event lead to deliver weddings and functions and any other events delivered by the Events Team
- Effectively communicating event handovers, including all important and relevant information
- Liaising with suppliers including availability checks, circulating briefings and schedules and general information enquiries

The Events Team are a very busy, creative, tight knit group of vibrant professionals who strive to challenge and innovate wherever we can.
- Keeping all storage area tidy, ensuring all equipment is returned safety and cleaned after use. Skills and experience
- Confidence to work independently and take charge of any situations that may arise
- Passion for creating and delivering unforgettable events
- Exceptionally high standards of customer service, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally face to face with senior management, other staff, clients and members of the public
- Patience and ability to negotiate professionally with suppliers
- Hands on/ proactive onsite and pride yourself on going the extra mile to create the best event possible
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
- Holding a driving license is a plus
