Sales Executive (Commission-Based + Residency Visa)

Team Sports Services, a leading Australian sporting academy offering football, basketball academy, and school holiday programs in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This position will be based in our head office in Dubai, conveniently located near Deira City Centre. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our diverse range of sports programs to parents residing in the UAE.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize our CRM system to access and follow up on marketing campaign leads and inquiries from parents interested in our sports programs.
- Proactively contact parents via telephone to introduce and explain the benefits of our football, basketball academy, and school holiday programs.
- Develop a deep understanding of our sports programs, curriculum, schedules, and pricing structures to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Consult with parents to assess their child's sporting interests, skill level, and requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Provide detailed information on program features, benefits, and logistics, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow established sales processes and procedures, including accurately updating customer details, recording sales activities, and tracking progress within the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company, consistently striving for personal and team success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, customer preferences, and potential improvements to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
- Continuously update knowledge of sports industry trends, competitors' offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Team Sports Services in a professional and enthusiastic manner during networking events, industry exhibitions, and client meetings, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the sports, education, or related industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with parents over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities, with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using technology to manage and track sales activities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Knowledge of football and/or basketball programs and the sports industry is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Arabic being a plus.
- Valid residency visa or ability to obtain one (visa sponsorship provided by the company).
- UAE driving license is desirable but not mandatory.

**Remuneration**:

- This is a commission-based position, with a competitive commission structure based on sales performance. The more successful sales the executive achieves, the higher the earning potential.
