HR Business Partner Dubai

**Responsibilities**:
Partner with business leaders to understand the business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly
Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, programs, and practices to ensure consistency and compliance
Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
Develop and implement HR initiatives to support the organization's growth and development
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
Coach and mentor line managers on HR best practices and provide training as required
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas
Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Manage employee performance, development, and retention initiatives
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
5+ years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience
Proven experience in managing employee relations issues
In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
