Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures
- Manage Employees Health Insurance Policies - new and renewal
- Maintain training and development record for employees
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status (soft and hard copies)
- Updating HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly
- Partnering with managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Responsible for onboarding and conducting new hire orientation
- Responsible for arranging events/team dinner etc. in coordination with other team members
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, leaves etc.
- Processing internal arrangements such as employee ID cards, business cards, travel, hotel booking etc.
- Supporting expatriates with visas, work permits and renewals.
- Coordinating with external HR agency as and when required
- Responsible for employee’s business telephone connection/SIM Card

- Collecting up to date information related to UAE Labour law, knowledge on other GCC Labour Law is advantageous.

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR: 2 years (preferred)
