Reservation Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and cancellations in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
- Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a fast-paced environment Providing professional service to each guest.
- Ensure close alignment with Senior Management to optimize revenues and occupancies
- Ensure that all reservations are captured into the system according to standard operating procedures
- Effective time management
- Managing difficult communications with valued guests who are unsatisfied with our service, product or resolution offered
- Working on other tasks as required
- Maximize room rates according to company standards
- Familiarize features and location of each property to answer inquiries more effectively
- Recording confirmed bookings accurately on the database
- Book vacation rentals based on availability and customer preferences
- Record customer information in system
- Working closely with Accounts to ensure payments of bookings before confirmation
- Providing accurate information to potential guests and explaining the rules and regulations for each property before booking confirmation
- Understanding the clients’ needs and requirements to offer them the most suitable options for booking
- Understanding factors for pricing of each property and seeking opportunities to secure bookings
- Actively get more direct bookings from local portals Provide excellent customer service for potential, incoming, and to returning guests
- If reservation quote is requested by customer, prepare and provide quote.
- Record guests’ information and documents in Company’s system as well as DTCM (check ID validity, guest age, etc.)
- Constantly coordinate with team members to have issues solved.
- Work with issue escalation and provide reports as required by management. **Conduct any other tasks as assigned by management time to time.**:
- Conduct outgoing calls to existing guests to offer extension of stays or promotions
- Approach customers in advance and follow-up about renewals
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Selling and promoting reservation services.
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
⦁ Follow up calls to guests after check out to record their feedback.
Note: Should have strong language command on English.
**Requirements**:
⦁ Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in relevant field.
⦁ 1-2 Years of revenue reservations experience in hospitality field.
⦁ Highly computer literate with a good command on Microsoft office and online research.
⦁ High level of motivation, determination and commitment.
Experience: Hospitality: 1 year (required)
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
