**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Handling hotel reservation requests for FIT’s & Groups ( Leisure, Corporate & MICE) from all the markets,. Assisting with tailor-made booking requests and inquiries including hotel accommodation, tours, excursions, transfers, and other services.**

**KEY ACTIVITIES**
- Provide quotations in a timely, efficient and accurate manner for accommodation, tours, excursions, transfers, ground handling services and any other service requested by agents
- Book and manage hotel reservations, all ground handling requests, excursion and tour requests
- Following up with agents on payments for bookings to ensure payments are made in a timely manner

**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 1 year previous reservation agent experience in a local Destination Management Company or a Hotel
- Experience with online and offline reservations

**Experience**:

- DMC or Travel Agency or Hotel: 1 year (preferred)
- Hotel Reservation: 1 year (preferred)

**Experience**:

- DMC / TRAVEL AGENCY: 1 year (preferred)
- HOTEL RESERVATION: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- RUSSIAN (preferred)
