As the Front Desk & Customer Relations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our visitors and clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Your interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining a smooth and efficient front desk environment.

**Customer Relations**:
Greet customers and visitors warmly and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
**Front Desk Management**:

- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate visitor access, including check-in procedures, security protocols, and guest registration.
- Direct customers, clients, and visitors to the appropriate person or department within the organization.
- Monitor and manage the visitor log, ensuring compliance with security and privacy protocols.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 2 years in a front desk or customer relations capacity.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
