The Al Tameema Group of Companies is currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for all.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, answering phone calls, and handling requests promptly and courteously.
- Register guests and issue access cards or visitor badges, maintaining accurate records of visitor information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
- Handle cash transactions, including accepting payments, providing receipts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the organization.
- Maintain knowledge of company services, facilities, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests and employees.
- Follow security procedures and monitor access to the premises, ensuring the safety and security of individuals and the property.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role or as a front desk clerk is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
