**What you will do**

Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, initiatives, and programs that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Facilitate impact planning and action planning workshops that enables improving engagement survey results
- Conduct regular employee surveys, feedback sessions, and focus groups to assess employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze employee engagement data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, and recommend appropriate actions to address them.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning and development sessions to enhance employee engagement and professional development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives and programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.

Partnership Strategy
- Partner in the execution of Talent identification and succession planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to implement employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and wellness programs.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and team leads on effective leadership practices, team building, and employee engagement strategies.

**Required skills to be successful**
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of best practices and trends in employee engagement, leadership development, and talent management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional certifications in employee engagement, talent management, or related fields (e.g., CEE, SHRM-SCP, etc.) are preferred.

**What equips you for the role**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, or related roles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, programs, and strategies.
