About the Role
Rare and exciting opportunity to join us in this unique, project and account management role for our Regional MEA Key Accounts in Hospitality & Residential Segment.
This role encompasses a blend of responsibilities including ensuring sales targets are met (or exceeded), growing revenues and improving the P&L in each assigned account, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent client relationships - helping our clients to succeed, anticipating their needs, and being their key contact point.
This role provides you with the opportunity to be the ‘face of Technogym’ to our core, key client base with facets of strategic planning, end-to-end account management, presenting solutions, and offering exemplary customer service to your assigned accounts. THIS ROLE IS BASED IN DUBAI.
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of high-level client needs, build key relationships with HQ and key decision-makers, and maximize annual revenues.
- Visit 100% of the sites of the most important customers with global structures in the region, developing key account agreements.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience. This involves developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to improve sales and high-level customer retention, as well as managing collaborative relationships within Technogym's national teams.
- Executive and planning support to the network of local key accounts within the network of branches and distributors
- Manage major redesign projects for the region and key country accounts within the portfolio
- Defining the market strategy of the local segment, participating in trade shows, fairs, and industry events where possible.
- Regularly present to decision makers and influencers to update and educate on new products and solutions and follow up on all opportunities to promote the brand and develop new business
- Recognize and track upsell opportunities within the region and engage assigned accounts to schedule renegotiation with existing accounts as deals expire
- It ensures the achievement of the profitability targets in the region and is responsible for the constant double-digit growth
- Ensure the best use of the CRM to have clean and updated market data and improve the productivity of the sales force
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within a premium/luxury brand
- Direct sales and marketing techniques gained in a previous role with demonstrable relationship management, consultative selling and negotiation skills developed over time
- High credibility at a senior level across C-suite executives, and also with on-site general managers. Adept at working with different styles/audiences to suit the business need or task in hand
- Exceptionally organised and able to deal calmly with high pressure situations and/or ever changing deadlines
- Master Degree in Economics or similar would be preferred
