Payoneer is looking for a highly talented **Channel Manager, MEA** to join an extremely fast-growing global Fintech business. The incumbent will be tasked to enable millions of SMBs and professional businesses in MEA region (Middle East and Africa) to get paid globally with Payoneer's fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions. Your responsibilities will include increasing business adoption and market penetration. Working in a dynamic business environment you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with the right potential partners for driving exponential growth & create ecosystem to support the SMB's for ease of business. This role requires some travel.

**What you'll be spending your time on**:

- Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates with potential distribution channels.
- Demonstrate ability to both identify key partner segments as well as drive channel partner recruitment & engagement to scale business growth.
- Manage the top tier partners with regular communications, joint training and education
- Build an integrated eco-system to support SMB's & Partners in MEA region.
- Contribute strategic depth in driving new market development activities for MEA region.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the local and global teams.
- Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities

**For this role you are also**:

- Bi-lingual (preferably, ability to converse in Arabic)
- Analytical and data oriented, strong in data backed decision making

**Have you done this kind of stuff?**
- At least 5 years of experience in building or managing a partner network especially in payments, ecommerce, cross border logistics, Ecommerce ERP's and other SMB led platforms
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
- Experience in leading complex negotiations with CXOs of large accounts
- Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives

**Not a must but a great advantage**:

- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
- Experience with partners for small businesses engaged in cross border trade
- Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media
- Experience with data analytics & BI tools
- Experience working in an international company
