**Job Description**:
This role can be based in our offices in Dubai, Tokyo or Singapore

IFS Asia Pacific Japan, Middle East and Africa (APJ ME&A) seeks a Business Development Representative Manager whose responsibility includes delivering highly qualified sales pipeline for the Market units across the region. We are looking for someone who will lead and manage the Account Development Representatives (ADRs)/Business Development Representatives (BDRs) defining our Business Development program

This role is crucial to the ongoing rapid growth of the APJ ME&A Region and presents significant potential for career development and personal reward
- Day to day leadership of, including recruitment and career development of an early-career team of Business Development Reps, coaching developing and enabling the team to succeed on an accelerated career path to high sales performance
- Implement existing and design new and scalable business development processes that allows the region to realise its growth ambitions
- Goal setting and related performance reviews
- Identify, measure, and report on lagging indicators that drive BDR performance and team behaviours and look to continuously refine and improve these
- Achieve allocated targets through creative and effective use of direct and virtual team resources
- Create market intelligence process to gather information that optimizes future campaign execution
- Be an exemplar in the use of our CRM system to ensure accuracy of data, ensuring all required information is present and accurate prior to handoff to sales
- Work closely with Sales Management to create an environment of proactively engaging with BDRs to share sector and organisational insight
- Work with Marketing to drive a simultaneous outreach approach and develop and maintain a continuous and consistent program of communications, content, and results to drive engagement between the BDR resources (internal and third party) and the sales channels
- Alongside our Marketing Operations function, ensure metrics are continually evaluated to demonstrate success, drive improvements, and provide insights into cadences, volumes, contact phasing, marketing content, and contact method success
- Partner with internal experts to ensure a consistent program of education and coaching on our offering to enable BDRs to engage on potential solutions as part of the lead qualification process.

- This is a remote role, with occasional travel across the region.
