Analyze trends and recommend adjustments to optimize results.

**Performance Monitoring**:Monitor individual and team performance against set targets.
Implement corrective actions and performance improvement plans as needed.

**Negotiation and Resolution**:Negotiate with customers to establish payment plans.
Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.

**Reporting**:Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in telecommunications collections management.
- Strong understanding of collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

**Skills**:

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: Up to AED15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Collections in Telecommunication Domain: 8 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (required)
