**Position Summary**

This role is a key position within the local sales team to drive sales and business development activities in the region.

The incumbent will develop relationships with decision-making executives at commercial and regional banks, as well as drive the sales cycle of all sales opportunities in his / her respective portfolio / territory from initial prospect communication through contract execution working along with service line and solutioning teams which are located both onsite and offshore.

**Role**

To market & develop business to corporates, banks and financial institutions across the region
- New client acquisition (80%)
- Target and pitch to new high value clients/mandates in new segments.
- Should be able to independently identify relevant contact points, network and interact at senior management level with clients and prospects
- Existing clients (20%) to identify new opportunities and grow wallet share
- Understanding of corporate strategic initiatives, supply chain of corporates
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and banking
- Will be responsible for feedback on product verticals and identify trends and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with the analytical/execution team to help develop new products and services

Process Adherence
- Should be responsible for lead generation and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Presales - Demo, respond to EOIs, RFPs, prepare proposals etc.
- Provide inputs for and develop collaterals
- Contract negotiation & closing
- Communication to client on franchise elements

**Essential Qualification**

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA

Post graduate in Marketing / Finance preferred.

**Skills required**
- 3-5 years of Experience in IT product sales and Services sales in Banking and Insurance domain
- 3+ yrs experience within sales / lead generation side / products team
- Willingness to travel across Middle east countries for business development
- Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to offshore services, consulting, enterprise solutions
- Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability (document deals) to manage often complex negotiations with senior-level business executives at leading financial firms
- Prior experience in relationship building with industry executives at trade shows, conferences, industry events and professional association meetings
- Business Development - Sales - Strategic Client Relationships - RFP
- Fluent Arabic - Native level
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Financial concepts and business analysis
- Innovative and solution orientation
- Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED24,000.00 per month
