**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Holiday Homes Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Holiday Homes Manager, you will manage and oversee all aspects of our holiday homes operations.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for our holiday homes
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure that guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay
- Oversee the check-in and check-out processes and ensure that they run smoothly
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are maintained to the highest standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that properties are clean and well-maintained
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Experience with Revenue Management System (RMS) is a plus
- Meet or exceed revenue and occupancy targets

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Holiday Homes Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including property valuations and good locations for short-term rental
- Experience with Revenue Management System (RMS) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE driving license
- Ability to commute or relocate to Dubai
- Being Bilingual (English - Arabic) (preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
