Guest Relations Manager duties and responsibilities

Direct communications with guests before arrival to coordinate a smooth check-in, Welcome guests, during check-in, and give a fond farewell to guests while checkout. Ensure that all check-ins and checkouts are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.

Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff. All Maintenance issue to be coordinated and monitored. Will be responsible for maintenance management.

Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered

Examine activities logbook, assign housekeeping and maintenance tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
