**职位概述**
通过核实客人身份、付款方式,分配客房,并激活/发放客房钥匙,处理所有客人入住手续。根据每位客人的要求为他们设置准确的档案。输入“万豪礼赏”信息。确保房价符合市场行情,并记录例外情况。在发放客房钥匙之前收取担保房费,核实/调整计费。整理和查看每日报告/日志/应急清单。完成交班和结算报告。为客人提供路线指示和酒店信息。满足客人的请求,如有必要应联系相应的工作人员。跟进以确保满足客人的请求。处理所有付款类型、代金券、支出和收费。结算和存放凭条。在每班开始和结束时清点和记录收银柜账目。取得手动授权并遵循所有会计程序。通知防损/安保部关于盗窃的任何一起客人报告。协助管理层培训、评估、疏导、激励和指导员工;树立榜样,并担当公平对待之承诺/门户开放政策流程的第一联络人。培养/保持积极的工作关系;支持团队达成共同目标;倾听并适当回应员工的问题。
遵守公司政策和程序;向经理报告事故、伤害和不安全的工作条件;完成安全培训与认证;确保个人仪表整洁而专业;维护专有信息的机密性;保护公司资产。欢迎和答谢客人;预期并满足客人的服务需求;为残障人士提供协助;感谢客人的真诚赞赏。使用清晰专业的语言与人交谈;准确完整地编写和审核书面文件;采用适当的礼仪接听电话。确保遵守质量标准。使用计算机/POS 系统输入和查找信息。在较长一段时间内保持站立、就坐或行走。在没有他人协助的情况下,移动、举起、携带、推动、拉动和放置重量不超过 10 磅 (4.54 kg) 的物体。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作职责。
