Game Over Smart Trading LLC is an eCommerce Company dealing with varieties of products, ranging from gaming consoles, game gadgets, laptops, desktop etc.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Overseeing office activities such as answering phones, filing documents, and so on.
- Responding to Whatsapp, Instagram & Facebook messages for clients
- Assist the team in obtaining necessary documentation.
- You will be a primary point of contact for customers and coworkers.
- May be managing the company's social media profiles for marketing purposes, such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Organizing purchased items (orders) and and shipping it out on time.
- Taking inventories of goods coming in and out of the office.
- Devising strategies to do things better in the office.

Job Requirements:

- **Females only**:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to learn rapidly
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask upon need
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with clients
- Ability to work alone and with little supervision
- Can start immediately
- Very good organizational skills
- Amazon, Noon & Sharaf DG seller account management - is a plus.
- At least 3 years experience as admin/receptionist
- **Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
