**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the preparation of a proposal for the strategic and operational plan for the department, develop operational indicators for work, and work to achieve them.
- Monitoring administrative processes such as planning, budget preparation, reports, and service delivery, oversight, evaluation, and improvement.
- Leading, directing, reviewing and approving policies, procedures, methods of work, performance indicators, and quality of the department's operations, and developing the necessary proposals to improve work and submitting them to senior management for approval and action according to them.
- Supervise the implementation of everything that would increase the efficiency of achievement, including the development of work methods and methods, the development and training of employees, motivate them, and spread team spirit among them.
- Periodic follow-up of the performance indicators of the department, reviewing achievement rates, evaluating the performance of the department's employees, and participating in preparing the annual report for the department and submitting it to senior management.
- Providing the necessary support to the line manager, and performing any other tasks assigned to him.

**Specialised Tasks**:

- Supervising and following up activities related to the preparation and development of the communication and communication strategy in the office, including communication and communication plans.
- Follow-up work related to setting up the media plan for the Executive Office, identifying the necessary needs for its implementation, and supervising its implementation.
- Follow-up all work related to collecting press releases, editing and preparing news for the office, and publishing it through the various available communication and media channels.
- Review and audit articles, texts and speeches of press conferences.
- Follow-up of all work related to the media coverage of all internal and external occasions and events in which the office participates or organizes, as well as the news and reports related to that.
- Follow up on all work related to media monitoring of all published news related to the state in the field of financial crimes, combating money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation.
- Follow-up the media content of the office and in the various approved channels.
- Reviewing and auditing the texts and media content of the periodicals and bulletins prepared by the Executive Office.
- Follow-up the implementation of all the annual activities of the office and ensure that they are organized according to what is specified.
- Follow-up of all work related to preparing for lectures, conferences, various workshops, annual parties and meetings.
- Follow-up responses to inquiries received from various media.
- Following up the organization and supervision of the office library and taking care of the media archive.
- Coordinating with various media institutions for various matters related to publishing news in newspapers, magazines and other available channels, and organizing meetings with those concerned and others.
- General supervision of the design of all graphics and graphic images for the office's media and promotional tools.
- Audit, review and ensure that all graphic designs that are prepared are consistent with or reflect the corporate image and identity of the executive office.
- Work to develop positive working relationships with local and international media.
- Review and audit the media content of all publications and internal media materials and approval before publication.
- Supervising the management of the office's social media channels, including publishing news and media materials, and following up on the responses of the external public.
- Supervising the management of the media content of the office's website, and following up the periodic and continuous update of the content in coordination with those concerned in the office.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Master's degree in media, communication, public relations, or equivalent in a similar field
- Bachelor's degree in media, communication, public relations, or equivalent in a similar field
- Or a diploma in media, communication, public relations, or equivalent in a similar field
- **Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in the same field, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in the same field, or a PhD with 2 years of experience**

**Salary**: AED50,000.00 - AED60,000.00 per month
