Job Description
TAAHEED are currently engaged with the region’s leading Banking group to assist them in attracting the talent of the future. Our client is one of the most recognisable names in the Financial Services industry and is in an enviable position to be able to recruit high-calibre professionals across the businessSitting within the Global Market Operations department, we are seeking a Section Head to manage a team to ensure that all operational work flows and all transactions occur timely and smoothly with no errors. This will involve leading a centralized function that manages all cash management aspects and ensure all Nostros and Vostros accounts are funded within management approved limitsAccountabilities:To develop, manage and guide GMO’s Cash Management team to perform their daily tasks and set plans/training to develop their skills and ensure bank competencies are implementedTo ensure there are no operational errors or major complaint or issues for clients or counterpartiesMonitor customer account cash movementsEnsure to check daily reconciliation summary report for unadvised creditsObtain UAE Central Bank cash movements from all channels and submit the consolidated positions to the dealersProduce and check daily, weekly and monthly management information reporting in relations to the Cash Management activities Job Category Administration & Secretarial
