**Responsibilities**:
Procurement:

- Collaborate with the team to source, evaluate, and select suppliers.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers
- Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, receipts and contracts.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Project Coordination:

- Support project managers in planning, execution, and closing of projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and updates.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

**Requirements**:

- Should have strong negotiation towards supplier/vendors with knowledge in procurement process, policy and system
- Familiar with construction materials
- Should be excellent in verbal and written communication skills
- Ensure products and supplies are high quality
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Should be output oriented
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement and project coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
