**Job Title**:Part-time Customer Service Representative

**SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS**:
Responsible for regularly interacting with the students and providing allied financial information and services professionally and pleasantly.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide accurate and precise information to the students about the Financial Policies, Payment Terms, Fees per Credit Hour, Annual Average Fees etc.
- Attending Telephone calls from the students and Parents and providing the necessary services and information accordingly.
- Being punctual in attendance and ensuring students' uninterrupted information and financial services.
- Collection duties and guide the students on other payment methods, such as using the self-service KIOSK and online payments.
- Understand the other requirements of the students and direct the students to the correct offices or colleges.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Student of Bachelor in Accounting / Finance / related fields with 1 year of directly related experience

- High Emotional Intelligence & Adaptability.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
