**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Arab market for shade structures and tents.

Actively promote and sell our products and services to potential clients, including architects, contractors, developers, and government entities.

Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and propose tailored shade solutions to meet client requirements.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.

Understand client goals, budgets, and project timelines to provide accurate quotations, proposals, and technical solutions.

Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technical Support and Consultation:
Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, architects, and project stakeholders during the sales process.

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop customized shade solutions and designs based on client specifications.

Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical discussions to showcase our products' features, benefits, and capabilities.

Sales Coordination and Follow-Up:
Coordinate sales activities, quotations, contracts, and orders in collaboration with internal departments, including sales support, design, production, and logistics.

Follow up on leads, proposals, and quotations to ensure timely closure of sales and achievement of sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales records, CRM data, and sales reports to track performance and analyze sales trends.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Arab market.

Conduct competitive analysis, bench marking, and pricing strategies to position our products competitively and maximize sales potential.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Sales Executive, or similar role in the construction, building materials, or related industry.

Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals effectively.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Technical knowledge or experience in shade structures, tents, or construction products is a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

Valid UAE Driving License.
