Our client is looking for a Customer Relation Manager

**Salary : 3,000 - 6,000**

**Location : Dubai**

**Planning**

1. Define the loyalty program

2. Ensure the system is set up correctly working with CRM, loyalty solution and the IT/MIS team.

3. Be ready with customer collateral, policies and terms and conditions.

**Set-up**

1. Check that the program is set up on the systems - POS/ecommerce, and works as expected. Make a few tests to check the same.

2. Train retail staff on how to use loyalty, how to explain to customers and feed in the data.

**Drive enrollments**

2. Ensure customers are aware of the contours of the program, the rewards and benefits, any terms and conditions and the ways and means to check their balances and rewards.

**Check compliance at stores**

1. Visit stores to check data is collected; loyalty operations are happening correctly and interact with customers on their feel of the program.

2. Check store staff are enrolling proactively and are explaining benefits.

**Audit performance**

1. Test that enrollments happen and relevant messages are received. The customer is also indicated the link to terms and conditions.

2. See a few transactions with the help of OptCulture and the MIS team and check that the issuances are happening correctly

3. Audit redemptions that they are happening correctly.

4. These can be done once in 15 days and may be loosened later.

**Administration**

1. Be the point of co-ordination between OptCulture, IT/MIS team and the Retail/Stores team

**Performance Analysis and Adjustments**:
1. Check the ROI of the program comparing purchases and visits from loyalty-enrolled customers vs. non-enrolled customers.

3. Run feedback collection programs.

4. Discuss ways and means on how the performance can be improved further with all stakeholders.

5. Make changes in the program basing the above analyses and discussions and get the same implemented.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
