**What the role entails**

This is a generalist HR role with a range of responsibilities. Some of these are:

- Providing HR services and advice to support all stages of the employment lifecycle.
- Working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute a People & Culture plan.
- Providing coaching and support to managers on a range of people matters.
- Developing and implementing a range of initiatives around talent acquisition, learning & development, reward & recognition and engagement.

**Who you are**

Ideally you will have/will be:

- Strong HR generalist experience at a senior level. HR experience in the UAE is preferred, including understanding of local employment laws.
- Experience in developing and executing HR strategy, employment branding/EVPs and leadership development is also preferred.
- Comfortable working as part of the leadership team but also able to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Proven ability to build relationships, trust and credibility at all levels.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Comfortable operating at both the operational and strategic levels.
- A high level of professionalism including maintaining confidentiality.
- A coaching style.
- Effective organisational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Problem solving abilities.
- A commitment to stay across HR development and trends.
