Job Summary

The Catering Asst. Manager and Co-ordinator for Luxury French Cuisine overseas all aspects of catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and exquisite culinary experiences for high-endevents and gatherings. This role demands a deep understanding of French culinary traditions, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and strong organizational skills to manage events from conception to execution.
- Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service.
- Ensure that all events are executed smoothly and efficiently, meeting or exceeding client

expectations. Manage a team of catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to ensure the catering operation remains competitive.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote and market catering services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Continuously assess and improve catering operations to enhance the overall guest experience. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Proven experience in catering or event management preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation.
- Strong knowledge of menu planning and food preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and

- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the job.
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus Especially French).
