**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of all admin & PRO related activities for Shipping & Logistic Company in UAE
- Good knowledge of government-related activities like ( trade license renewal, DED, Ejari, and tenancy contract renewal activities)
- Can also assist in issues related to civil defense, sewerage, DEWA, FEWA, and municipality.
- Can also take care of DU & Etisalat-related work.
- Knowledge of employee visas & (Labour & immigration - related processes).
- Assisting in the new company formation process.
- Good knowledge of mainland and Freezone companies in UAE.
- Able to maintain all company & employee-related files.
- Good knowledge of insurance ( Life & Medical for employees) & also having knowledge of insurance of Motor & Haulier for companies.
- Able to handle vehicle-related uses like vehicle claims, vehicle mulkiya renewal & vehicle permits.
- Able to negotiate with vendors like insurance brokers for insurance quotes, Landlords, and property brokers for tenancy for new residential flats quotation.
- Passport and visa handling for employees
- Coordination with different departments and different sister companies for PRO & Admin-related activities.

- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with various forms of office software and equipment
- Able to write reports and presentations
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with staff across multiple departments
- Ability to work with budgets and create spreadsheets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Previous working experience a Public Relations Specialist
- Bachelors in PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
