**About your Role**:
As a LTP Sales Manager you start your day motivated to meet new and existing customers to identify, create and/or develop opportunities for large-scale Long Term Service Contracts for our Gas Turbine and Compressor fleet in the Middle East. You are self-driven, have a collaborative spirit, and strive every day to understand customer needs and drivers that allow you to develop solutions that are competitive technically and commercially in the market.

This individual will lead the development of technical and/or financial proposals which includes coordination with many internal support groups, i.e. global Product Competence Centers, financial experts, engineering, and project and contract management groups. Successful outcomes play a significant role in meeting financial targets for the region.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Develops proposals and drives sales for long-term Service Agreements of Siemens Energy turbomachinery equipment (compressors, small/medium/aeroderivative gas turbines, and generators) installed in Region Middle East (ME).
- Evaluation and analysis of marketing strategy on long-term service projects for customers in Region ME involving detailed knowledge of technical, commercial, cost/price structure and local/global competitive environment.
- Lead contract negotiations with customers in close coordination with sales, contract management and engineering to meet required commitments and deadlines.
- Support and co-develop sales plan with New Units organization on identified New Unit projects where Service Agreements are requested / required.
- Coordinate technical and commercial aspects of proposals with the respective Countries and Product Line marketing teams.
- Performs regular visits to key customers in Region ME to present our service capabilities and increase customer intimacy.
- Effectively implement the process of taking your offer through management for approvals.
- Attends, as needed, internal and external meetings to support relevant customers.

**What You Bring**
- University Degree in Engineering
- Professional Experience (8+ years) in the energy industry
- Strong familiarization with Siemens Energy’s Gas Turbine and compressor portfolio. Broad knowledge of the LoA and NCM process, bid management and contract management. Experience developing service (operation and maintenance) solutions for later implementation.
- Excellent negotiating abilities; discussing contract terms and conditions as well as technical scopes of work.
- Passion for winning mentality. Great communication, presentation, and executive presence skillsets. Ability to influence and convince at executive levels. Experience in multicultural negotiations and environments. Organized working style to manage several projects simultaneously. Experience leading cross functional teams through ambiguous and challenging situations.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 35% of time. Able to work in a multicultural environment.
