We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Records Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client information and bank account details. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of our records, supporting effective decision-making and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain electronic and physical records of client information and bank account details.
- Input and update client data accurately and promptly in accordance with established procedures.
- Organize and categorize records systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information through appropriate access controls and security measures.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide support as needed.
- Develop and implement record-keeping policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of record-keeping systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and document management software.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards pertaining to records management and data privacy.
- Provide administrative support to departments.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
