We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Records Management Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client information and bank account details.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of our records, supporting effective decision-making and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain electronic and physical records of client information and bank account details.
  • Input and update client data accurately and promptly in accordance with established procedures.
  • Organize and categorize records systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information through appropriate access controls and security measures.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide support as needed.
  • Develop and implement recordkeeping policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of recordkeeping systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and document management software.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards pertaining to records management and data privacy.
  • Provide administrative support to departments.

Pay:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
