As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Development Manager to drive business development initiatives focused on healthcare aggregators in Dubai.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (Healthcare Aggregators) will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with healthcare aggregators in Dubai to expand the reach of our home healthcare services. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and collaboration with key stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and evaluate potential healthcare aggregators in Dubai. Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to inform business development strategies.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research to establish partnerships with healthcare aggregators. Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within healthcare aggregators, including executives, business development managers, and operations teams. Drive collaboration and secure partnerships for the integration of our home healthcare services.
Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals and presentations highlighting the value proposition of our home healthcare services to healthcare aggregators. Tailor offerings to meet the specific needs and requirements of aggregator partners.
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with healthcare aggregators, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with our business objectives and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and finance, to finalize agreements.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including operations, clinical, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of home healthcare services through aggregator partnerships. Provide ongoing support and communication to aggregator partners.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and track business development activities, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to aggregator partnerships. Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare industry, with a focus on partnerships with healthcare aggregators preferred.
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory environment in Dubai.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and driving business growth.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
