YBrands, a leading branding and advertising agency based in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding YBrands' client base, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the agency's market presence. Your responsibilities will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and executing effective strategies to meet sales targets in the branding and advertising industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities to expand YBrands' market presence in Dubai and surrounding regions within the branding and advertising industry.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets, specifically focusing on branding and advertising services.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the branding and advertising sector, and leverage this information to drive business development initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships to maximize business opportunities in the branding and advertising field.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and account management, to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new branding and advertising contracts.

Monitor industry trends, attend networking events, and participate in conferences related to branding and advertising to stay updated on market developments and identify potential partnerships or investment opportunities.

Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and feedback to the senior management team to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning in the branding and advertising domain.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading by example and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the branding and advertising industry.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.

Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the branding and advertising industry.

Extensive knowledge of the Dubai market and strong connections within the local business community, particularly in the branding and advertising sector.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth in branding and advertising services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, specifically tailored for the branding and advertising industry.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a deep understanding of branding and advertising concepts and trends.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels in the branding and advertising field.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for branding and advertising.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment specific to the branding and advertising industry.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools for the branding and advertising sector.

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
