1. Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.

2. Jobs Requirements:

- At least 3-4 years of practical experience in marketing.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools such as PPC، SEO, SEM, social media, and Google Ads also for E-commerce shops.
- Experience in managing a marketing team and developing successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools like Google Analytics and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively solve problems.
- Good understanding of current market and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze the market and competition and develop innovative strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with different teams within the organization.
- Negotiation and persuasion
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing initiatives.
