SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Specifications Manager you will be responsible for initiating, monitoring, and following all major projects/key stakeholders in the construction industry in UAE, Oman, Egypt, Bahrain and Kuwait markets. Your role is to also identify and penetrate strategic markets and ensure that Jotun is favorably specified and is the preferred partner for all targeted projects.

This position will be based in Dubai and will report to the General Sales Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the selected professional group of consultants, architects, designers, and project specifiers in the construction industry.- Monitor progress on leading projects by visiting project sites and fabricator facilities to ensure that the specifications are adhered to in the entire chain.- Spot new opportunities/market trends and analyse competitor activity, furthermore, align with team, when necessary.- Support and coordinate with the local sales team by sharing project/specification information and product supply.

What We Look For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Engineering- Fluent in English- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Powder Specifications/Construction industry- Able to travel 50+ days in a year
