As an Area Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage sales operations within a designated geographical area. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with other departments to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and maintain strong customer relationships. Your role will involve strategic planning, team management, and effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and objectives for the assigned area in alignment with the company's overall sales plan.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales plans.
Set sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team, and track progress towards goals.

Team Management and Leadership:Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team within the assigned area.
Provide guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and collective targets.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to enhance the team's effectiveness.

Sales Operations and Execution:Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate action plans.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective customer service.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners within the assigned area.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, product launches, and customer retention programs.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay updated on market trends and network with potential customers.

Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and communicate progress to senior management.
Analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales management software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
