**Mission of role**:
- effectively contribute to the growth of the company in the Middle East region through the expansion of markets, products and territories
**Duties & Responsibilities:
- Research new customers and identify how the after-sales policies address their needs, exploring the trends and potentiality with sales, marketing, customer service, operations, engineering, quality, and commercial colleagues in Middle East, Italy and France
- Qualify new accounts and subsequent new opportunities through a good qualification process and grow the sales funnel
- Managing and expanding relationships with existing customers including problem solving and development of the current after-sales services
- Maintain a CRM database (customer contacts, call reports, opportunity details, and specific project/sales pipeline information)
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance and preparing forecasts
- Budget planning
- Oversee day-to-day operations, which includes anything from customer visits and inquiries, sales offer, logistics, quality topics and payment control
- Build good working relationships with colleagues within the organisation
**Skills and knowledges required:
- Technical-Commercial education
- Five or more years in managing after sales development activities in a B2B environment
- Experience and knowledge in Industrial Refrigeration (Ammonia and CO2 systems)
- Experience and knowledge of Food & Beverage customers in the region
- Experience in Engineering companies would be advantageous
- Fluent in English language; French and Italian would be great
- Strong computing skills
- Very good negotiating skills
- Sales acumen
- Initiative and proactive approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good learning ability
- Assertiveness, reliability and service oriented
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Very good time management skills
- Capacity to travel extensively in the region. No travel restrictions
- To be successful at the Clauger selection process (ie industrial refrigeration knowledge, customer base knowledge etc..)
**Other informations**:
**Contract - **Full time, on-site contract as per UAE law
**Location** - UAE or KSA. Other locations in the region are negotiable as per the advantages foreseen.
