**Job description**

**After Sale Support**

The key responsibility of after sale support include activities such as Technical and Operational Support to the after sales team as well as technical assessment of spare part service and repair requirement.

**Responsibility**- Sales and service support preparing spare part and service offer. Arranging logistic for service engineer, Visa gate gate passes flights and et cetera. Coordinating service engineer schedule follow up with customer oblique agent for orders, deliveries, payment report and invoice collecting data for further analysis. Preparing report such as work, completion, report and inspection report by analyzing data from the service engineer report Prepare service oblique repair job requirement. Preparing risk management and QHSE report, offering technical and commercial support, service manager and key account manager and as per required

**Technical support**- Technical assessment of enquiries
- Identifies spare part ID number as per customer’s request
- Make use of drawing and technical literature to prepare spare part list
- Escalate matter to concern person for as required

**ERP and other system**- General use of salesforce
- Using Odoo to prepare offer an orders.

**Co-worker relieves**- Relieve in immediate co-worker during their absence, as far as possible

**Work condition.**- The job will be office based at our office in Jebel Ali. Working timing will be 8am to 5pm. 5 Days a week
- Logistic requirement for service engineer might require additional attention after office hours or on weekend or holiday.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree of mechanical engineer;
- a minimum of two-year relevant experience in ship, repair and maintenance industry;
- Able to read technical /engineering mechanical drawing
- Basic knowledge about supply change and operation
- Strong command of English language
- Working knowledge of MS office
- Holder of valid UAE driving license

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
