We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth in the domestic workers sector.

As a Sales Executive in the Domestic Workers Sector at **M A F Domestic Workers Services Center**, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will play a critical role in promoting our services and ensuring that we continue to provide top-quality domestic worker solutions to households in Dubai. Your responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients in Dubai seeking domestic worker services through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, referrals, and networking.

**Consultative Selling**: Understand the unique needs and preferences of each client, offering tailored solutions and providing expert advice on selecting the most suitable domestic workers.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our domestic worker services, including skill sets, qualifications, and cultural considerations, to effectively communicate their value to clients.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.

**Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and changes in domestic worker regulations in Dubai to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, client records, and other documentation required by the company.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues in the recruitment and operations departments to ensure the seamless placement and onboarding of domestic workers.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, including labor laws and regulations, in the domestic workers sector.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 experience in sales, particularly in the domestic worker services sector or a related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the domestic worker market in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
