Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in the UAE. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role will require effective coordination with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee project from initiation to closure, ensuring successful completion within time and budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Regularly communicate project expectations, progress updates, and potential issues to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder feedback and ensure that project deliverables meet their expectations.
- Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate project teams to execute tasks efficiently.
- Assign and oversee responsibilities among team members, ensuring the optimal use of resources.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure team cohesion.
- Risk & Issue Management:

- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot project challenges and provide timely solutions.
- Budget Management:

- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor and track project expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant legal, safety, and regulatory standards in the UAE.
- Maintain thorough project documentation for reporting and future reference.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience:

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the UAE or the GCC region.
- Experience managing large-scale projects in [specify relevant industry, e.g., construction, IT, real estate, etc.].
- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines and budgets.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
- Other Requirements:

- UAE residency and a valid UAE driver's license.
- Familiarity with local business practices, regulatory requirements, and market conditions in the UAE.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
