**JOB TITLE : CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER**

**SALARY : SALARY AND COMMISSION STRUCTURE.**

**LOCATION : SHARJAH, UAE.**

**MUST HAVE : UAE DRIVING LICENSE.**

**Overview**:
Drive client satisfaction and secure ongoing placements in the dynamic manpower supply industry.

**About the Role**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of Client Relationship experience in any industry.
- Must have a United Arab Emirates driving license.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at recruitment agencies and hiring companies.
- Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to identify precise workforce requirements.
- Manage contracts and maintain accurate client records.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Identify and analyze market trends, advising clients on optimal workforce solutions.
- Generate new business leads and contribute to company growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the manpower supply industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Deep understanding of recruitment and placement processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM and data management software.
- A positive and results-oriented attitude.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in the specific industry sector(s) you'll be supporting.
- Bilingual (English and any other relevant language).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- client relationship manager: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (required)
