**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Records Management**:
- Maintain and update employee files and records, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Process employment visas, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with the PRO (Public Relations Officer).
- **Recruitment Support**:
- Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and screening applicants.
- Prepare employment offers and contracts in line with UAE labor regulations.
- **Payroll and Benefits Administration**:
- Prepare and manage payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, overtime, and deductions.
- Track attendance, leaves, and other payroll-related information using Excel.
- Handle employee leave records (annual leave, sick leave, etc.) and ensure compliance with UAE labor law provisions.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit formalities.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with government entities for tasks related to labor contracts, medical insurance, and Emirates ID processing.
- **Training and Development**:
- Support in organizing employee training sessions and maintaining training records.
**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in an HR or payroll role, preferably in the UAE.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** for payroll and data management.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and immigration procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Arabic** (required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
