Central Kitchen Operations Supervisor

Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the day-to-day catering operations across multiple locations, reporting to the CEO you will be the hands-on face of the business on the ground. You will be responsible for the operational delivery of non
- commercial catering, ensuring the highest service level is delivered, compliances with all standard operations policies, overseeing stock rotation and keeping wastage to a minimum. You will be required to provide ongoing reports to the Project Manager in relation to budgets, inventory and progress reports.
Operations Manager Requirements:
1- minimum of 5 years of experience in Catering operations or related professional areas in the F&B industry.
2- Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on man-management and leadership skills, Budgeting, profit and loss account, as well as margin calculations.
3- Interviewing skills
4- Must hold advanced certificates in Food Hygiene and HACCP.
5- Worked on POS restaurant software.
6- Must be based in UAE
7- Customer service and results-oriented.
8- High initiative and positive attitude
9- A driving License is a must.
