As a Channel Account Manager, your mission is to drive profitable growth within the defined region through management of various types of Channel Accounts (Distributors, Dealers, Contractors, Integrators). Expand and strengthen the Channel relationships to maximize the partnership potential.

**You will make an impact in the following way**:

- Ownership for a defined set of sales targets aligned to the responsibilities of the role, taking accountability for meeting and exceeding these targets over a sustained period. Manage monthly/quarterly KPI, TTI and Action Plan Channel leadership reviews using SDP framework. Develop robust countermeasures.
- Build Channel business plans focused on SPMRO growth and Solution Selling project fulfilment.
- Ensure Channel's Leadership invests sufficient resources into priority activities through credibility and convincing ROI proposition.
- Use Z codes and Partner Program Requirements with Channels and identify strategies for each quadrant. Specify resources and enablement required for each quadrant.
- Obtain and accurately report on Point of Sales, COGS and inventory data. Actively manage inventory levels to ensure the correct inventory is in place. Leverage Solution Selling open Funnel. Ensure suitable inventory for future fulfilment.
- Develop geographic Channel position map, optimize coverage by verticals and geographies. Define revenue expectations by location. Specify headcount investment required from Channel Partners.
- Effective execution of pricing strategies to ensure achievement of growth with smooth implementation.

**What you will bring**:

- **Education** - Degree level in Business (administration, economics, marketing), Engineering or other related degree, or 3-5 years of experience in a role with commercial responsibilities.
- **Experience** - 5-10 years Channel Management experience within a medium or large sized B2B organization, in a matrix environment and experience of working closely with cross functional teams including Marketing, Operations and Finance. Plus, experience of managing a small team
- **Exposure** - Experience of working capital concepts, with demonstrable knowledge of COGS, inventory profile management, Point of Sales, pricing strategies and Sales Funnel management. Computer literacy essential, experience of CRM tool advantageous.
- **Agile personality - **Strong analytical skills and the ability to work within a metric driven environment. Lean Enterprise skill sets advantageous. A proactive, flexible and pragmatic approach.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
