**Job Description** Job Purpose**:

- Report to the Sales Director and lead the sales for the Business Unit of Industrial Automation.
- Draw and formulate the strategy for sales and identify potential customers.
- Plan yearly sales targets and increase the revenue & profitability by utilizing a team of sales engineers and achieve the yearly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with principles, suppliers and OEM, to capitalize their solutions and technology.

**Overall responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Sales Director and involve in strategy formulation for industrial automation projects, solutions, and technology.
- Draw the market mapping and analysis and gather business intelligence.
- Enhance the capabilities of sales team to market our expertise among the customers with the latest solutions and technology available within the organization in industrial automation stream.
- Work closely with Proposals & Estimation for techno-commercial proposals, and coordinate with Head of Projects during execution of work orders, packages, and projects.
- Preparing Annual Budget report with forecast of Booking of Confirmed orders and Sales Revenue
- Prepare weekly sales report, including Leads, Opportunities, and monthly progress.
- Prepare presentations and solutions tailored to clients and customers and work on techno-commercial proposals.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Present company to potential customers and demonstrate our solutions, technology, and execution capabilities.
- Monitor the procedures to register the company with various clients / customers i.e. (private and semi-government and government organizations) and complete the prequalification criteria and ensure that company can submit its tenders / technical proposals for the solutions and technologies.
- Participate in technical presentations, technical clarifications, techno-commercial inquiries.
- Continue maintain relations with clients / customers and assist project teams during execution as required, and ensue that EEIC projects delivery team provides the services we promised to our clients / customers; and
- Identify the training courses for sales teams; and provide leadership and guidance.

Maintain live relationships with customers, and principals for long term business relations.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics) with (7 Years minimum) in the Industrial Automation, Oil & Gas industry (District Cooling is an add value)
- Affinity and familiar with Engineering, Procurement and Contracting aspects in the business segment.

**Additional Information** Experience Requirements**:

- Experience level: minimum 7 years
- 05 years or more experience UAE or Middle East
- Minimum 03 years as Manager level in similar business or industry
- HSE leadership compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

**Skills & Professional Requirements**:

- Excellent industry knowledge of Industrial Automation Projects, Solutions and Technical Aspects,
- Solid skills in interacting with customers and principals.
- High capability of providing alternative solutions to demanding customers
- Good knowledge and experience in project cost estimates, monitoring, and forecasting
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other colleagues, customers, clients and other stakeholders.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned staff. Plan and lead less experienced employees in the completion of various projects.
