- You will be working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in our Dubai office which is in Gold Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, no weekends._
- **Function**:_
- To manage the Sales Executives and Administrators for the Dubai region in the provision of high level customer support and service to customers. Lead the team in promoting Avtrade’s products and services to existing and new customers and play a key role in achieving sales and marketing targets. You will be required to travel as part of the role on a regular basis covering Middle East, Africa and India._
- **Responsibilities**:_
- _Grow customer portfolio and business in the specific region_
- _Trade Avtrade inventory by means of sale, exchange, loan or lease by quoting customers and pursuing opportunities_
- _Provide dedicated account management to all customers. Maintain an up to date knowledge of all assigned customer accounts, contacts, purchasing trends and activity_
- _Lead and develop the team to maximise trading and business opportunities_
- _Ensure all team members understand customer’s culture and way of trading within the region_
- _Develop regular visits to all customers and oversee team visit plans and business opportunities_
- **Requirements**:_
- Background in Sales within the Aviation MRO industry with preferably 3 years experience._
- _Comprehensive understanding of Aircraft Components_
- _Ability to change and adapt to changes in the aviation industry and customer requirements_
- _Willing to travel extensively in the area_
- _Ability to recognise and adapt to different countries and cultures and accustomed to cultural habits and ways of communication_
- _Good leadership skills and ability to mentor team members while able to prioritise and manage workload_
- _Excellent command of the English Language and other languages advantageous but not essential_
- _Excellent negotiation skills with proven financial achievements_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED18,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
