Marketing Assistant

The Role
- Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand visibility. - Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate content creation, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that aligns with brand voice and messaging. - Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize content and engagement strategies. - Engage with followers and customers on social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement. - Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media. - Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking. - Support the Marketing team with administrative tasks, research, and other projects as needed. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of social media activities, including content calendars, schedules, and analytics reports.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years in a marketing role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms. - Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms. - Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. - Familiarity with the local market and consumer trends in Abu Dhabi is a plus. - Detail-oriented with strong Organizational and Time management skills. - A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to address challenges and solve problems effectively. - Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and video editing skills are a plus. - Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and an understanding of key digital marketing metrics. - The ability to communicate in Arabic is an add on advantage. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field. - Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
