**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for our clients to improve their search engine ranking and visibility.
- Perform ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance and trends to clients and internal teams.
- Keep up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Work closely with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with web developers to optimize website structure and site performance for SEO.
- Lead the link-building strategy to improve site authority.
- Educate clients and internal teams on the importance of SEO and how it contributes to overall marketing strategy.
- Manage and mentor SEO team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an SEO leadership role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with other aspects of digital marketing and how they interact with SEO.
- Understanding of web design and development principles that affect SEO.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude, with a passion for staying up to date with the latest in SEO.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Experience with international SEO or local SEO.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on SEO.
- Understanding of content marketing strategies and their relationship with SEO.
